PIG3 Assay is a non-isotopic, non-radioactive immunoassay for the quantitation of the p53 inducible gene 3 (PIG-3) - a long-lived reporter of transient p53 activation.¹ The assay is suitable for human sera, plasma, tissue culture supernatants and cellular extracts or lysates.

Protocol Summary: Not to be used in place of detailed protocol:

1. Equilibrate kit to room temperature
2. Add samples and standards to wells Add detector antibody to wells	• Incubate 2 hours at room temperature
3. Wash 3 times
4. Add conjugate to all wells	• Incubate 30 minutes at room temperature
5. Wash 3 times
6. Add substrate to all wells	• Incubate 30 minutes at room temperature
7. Add stop solution to all wells
8. Read plate(s) at 450 nm/550 nm
